As part of activities related to the Master’s Degree in Design Studies, Natalie Nixon, MBA in Strategic Design Program Director at the University of Philadelphia, led a conference at CENTRO in which she explained ways to leverage creativity as well as design thinking and apply these to the labor sector.
Additionally, she explored the notion of hybrid thinking, which takes advantage of both the brain’s hemispheres—analytical intelligence (the left brain) and creative intelligence (the right brain)—to resolve complex organizational and social problems as well as make the most of new opportunities.
