    WHAT IT IS

    Do less, better.

Most challenges push you to do more. The 66-Day MTR Challenge helps you do less, better—by building sustainable habits around movement, reflection, and rest.

Based on Natalie Nixon’s book Move. Think. Rest., it’s designed to fit into the life you already have. Small, meaningful shifts — not more hustle — help you build the energy, focus, and creativity to show up at your best.

    HOW IT WORKS

The Daily Practices That Change Everything

Every day for 66 days, you’ll practice three simple shifts:

      1. Move: Engage in daily physical movement, however small—walking, stretching, or dancing—to fuel your creativity.
      2. Think: Set aside intentional reflection time, or “liminal space,” to spark insights and sharpen clarity.
      3. Rest: Prioritize recovery that sustains your energy long-term—better sleep, pauses between meetings, or simply unplugging.
    • Commit to one small practice in each area every day.
    • Track your progress with the 66-Day Tracker or your own journal.
    • Share your wins and reflections along the way with #66DaysMTR.

Research shows it takes, on average, 66 days to form a habit. That’s why this challenge isn’t a quick fix—it’s a reset. By the end, you’ll have rewired your routines to prioritize human energy, not hustle.

    • Dance to a favorite song after lunch.

    Think

    • Journal for 10 minutes at the end of the day.
    • Try a “90-second pause” before diving into work.
    • Ask yourself: What do I need to let go of today?

    Rest

    • Commit to 7–8 hours of sleep.
    • Take a phone-free break in the afternoon.
    • End your day with quiet reflection instead of screens.
